  • Sanitary cleaning method

While it is the most affordable method, if you have noticeable soiling, and high-traffic areas with carpet “matting” or wear, you may want to consider the “Premium” or “Supreme” methods of cleaning.

Premium Clean

A step above Economy, the Premium Clean option uses an agitation method applied for a deeper clean in high traffic/soiled areas, matted down and spotted areas.

  • $15.00 - per spot treatment (depending on size)

Commercial Business Cleaning

The encapsulation cleaning method uses the Counter-Rotating Brush (CRB) machine. This process involves vacuuming the surface first, then using a pre-spray solution. Afterward, the CRB machine will be used to bring the soil to the surface, followed by an additional vacuuming process to extract the soil.

  • Please call to set an appointment for an estimate.

Vacuuming

Top dry soil removal. Hygiene experts agree that floors should be vacuumed once weekly at a minimum. Flooring of all types collects dust and dirt whether you notice a dingy look or not. More importantly, going longer than a week between vacuuming sessions can lead to health issues. During an inspection, if noticeable soil, hair, or debris is present, the technician may recommend a thorough vacuuming prior to cleaning.

  • $15.00 - room (up to 300 sq. ft. then additional room fee applies. If heavy vacuuming is needed, additional fees apply)

MachineOur Cleaning Method

Hot water extraction is the most effective and preferred method of cleaning in the industry. The carpet cleaning machine (or “truck mount unit”) is mounted in the technician’s van. The machine’s engine generates the water temperature, water pressure, and vacuum suction for extraction. The cleaning solutions we use are vetted and trusted by the industry. These solutions are eco-friendly and non-toxic.

Encapsulation cleaning is an additional method of cleaning typically used for commercial businesses. This method involves the use of a Counter-Rotating Brush machine.

Moving Furniture

Since this is an owner/operator business, we ask that you move any heavy furniture off the area you wish to have cleaned. Typically, items such as beds, armoires, desks, entertainment centers, etc. are left in place and cleaned around. Customers may choose to have areas under loveseats, sofas, sectionals, and recliners cleaned. If this is the case, we ask that you please move those items off of the desired cleaning area. We can move smaller items and then place them back using plastic pads or styrofoam blocks.
